The IELTS USA test center network is comprised of more than 40 official test centers and venues located on US community college, university and language school campuses in major metropolitan cities across the country. The cost to take IELTS in the USA ranges between $245–255 USD.
IELTS USA also has a test center for United Kingdom Visas and Immigration (UKVI) applications located in Newark, NJ.

There are a lot of online resources claiming to be “experts” in IELTS prep, making it difficult to navigate the web for genuine IELTS materials. Therefore, IELTS USA has collated a variety of trusted online and print resources for US ESL professionals and administrators. We offer a series of instructor videos that include an overview of each section of the test, as well as engaging activities instructors can use in the classroom to prepare learners. IELTS USA will continue to develop additional resources to better support instructors working with IELTS students across the United States. We welcome information about your US ESL program and we look forward to notifying you when new IELTS instructor prep materials become available.
