1. Your organisation details

Please enter the name and complete mailing address of your organization as you wish it to appear on your IELTS.org profile. This will be the address where paper test report forms should be mailed. Please note that if you are a test taker and want to send your results to an organisation, you should contact the test centre where you took the test.

Please indicate whether this is a new request to add your organisation to our database or an update to an existing recognising organisation on the IELTS website. If you are unsure whether your organisation is in the IELTS database, please check www.ielts.org/recognition.
