How to apply for the IELTS Results Verification Service
All organisations registered with IELTS can request access to this free, secure online service which allows you to cross check scores on the hard copy of the test taker's Test Report Form (TRF) you receive with the results on the IELTS system
- Access the Results Verification Service log-in page and online application details. If you think your organisation may already be listed you can check who your administrator is by emailing us.
- Provide an accompanying letter (PDF, 120KB) on your organisation's letterhead. Ensure it is written and signed by someone in authority, other than the person being appointed as administrator.
- Send all documentation to IELTS Administration.
If a TRF is more than two years old, the IELTS partners recommend that it should only be accepted if accompanied by proof that a candidate has actively maintained or tried to improve their English.
To avoid the risk of accepting fraudulent documents, we use the Results Verification Service.
